We accept returns of defective or incorrect products within 24 hours of receiving the order. To start a return, please contact our customer service at info@puntocomstore.ec . Refunds will be issued through the original payment method, provided that the product is unused and in excellent condition exactly as delivered (packaging and accessories). If it is noticed that the product has been opened or the packaging is damaged, the return does not apply; return instructions will be given by Puntocom staff by email at info@puntocomstore.ec
Prices apply exclusively to purchases at www.puntocomstore.ec and are subject to change without prior notice; they include all sales taxes under the regulations in force in Ecuador. They do not include shipping costs, which may vary depending on the selected city and delivery address.
The promotions presented on the website apply exclusively to purchases made through it. Customers may obtain promotional coupons to be used exclusively on the website. To use promotional coupons, the beneficiary must register as a user on this site. Promotional coupons are alphanumeric and, to be accepted on the website, they must be entered exactly as presented and can be used only once.
A legal agreement is formed between any customer and Puntocom through its website www.puntocomstore.ec, it being understood that, before requesting any service through the site, the customer has reviewed, understood and accepted the Terms and Conditions of www.puntocomstore.ec. Each item has a factory warranty period assigned by default, which the customer is entitled to claim by contacting us through our communication channels: info@puntocomstore.ec . The procedure to follow will be the usual one established by the company's policies: the product will be evaluated by our technical service center to verify the condition of the item and determine whether the factory warranty can be honored, and the claim will then be approved by those in charge. The warranty certificate that Puntocom provides with the purchase of each product must be reviewed and complied with.
If the purchased item is unavailable due to lack of stock, the customer will be notified with an explanation of why the order cannot be delivered, and the customer may decide whether to change the purchase or cancel it.
Items may be picked up at any of our stores by prior arrangement, in which case there will be no shipping charges. To choose this option, the user must select “Pick-up at office” in the delivery form. www.puntocomstore.ec will verify the payment information with the issuing bank and then confirm to the customer when the order is available for pick-up at the specified store; the customer must pick it up within the following 4 business days. When the customer selects the “Home delivery” option in the delivery form, www.puntocomstore.ec will verify the payment information with the issuing bank and then confirm to the customer when the order is available for home delivery. Delivery time is up to 3 business days after the payment has been verified.
Once the return has been authorized, www.puntocomstore.ec will arrange the refund to the credit or debit card, and the bank will be asked to refund the amounts. The refund time may vary depending on the bank that issued the card.
